According to a post on MacRumors, Apple will release a free remote control application for the iPhone and iPod Touch when it launches it's store next month. This will allow you to remotely play your iTunes music in your iPhone/iPod Touch through a WiFi connection. According to Mac Rumors, this will work on both on Mac and PC.
