I recently came across a great application that allows to use your iPhone or your iPod Touch as a hard drive or an external disk. The program is called Disk Aid. It's 100% free and allows you to just drag and drop your files. It's also compatible with both Mac and PC. You don't have to jailbreak your iPod Touch or iPhone to use this device, and it's supported on firmware 1.1.1 to 1.1.4! This is definitely a great software for your iPod Touch or iPhone.
